How can I get more information about the product I want to buy?

Where do your sale proceeds go to?

  • 100% of proceeds will go towards supporting over 100 Social Service Agencies and 200 programmes supported by Community Chest to empower the lives of children with special needs and youth-at-risk, adults with disabilities, persons with mental health conditions, seniors and families in need of assistance.
Order

I purchased a wrong item by mistake. What can I do about it?

  • Send us a note at team_sharity@ncss.gov.sg within two days from your date of purchase. Do include your order number and mention that you have placed the wrong order. We will try our best to help accommodate your changes.
  • However, please understand that once your order has been processed and dispatched, it will not be possible to make any changes.

Am I able to stack my discounts?

  •  You can only apply one discount code at check out.
Delivery and Self-Collection

Do you offer self-collection?

  • Please note that self-collection is not available for the time being.

What happens if I missed my delivery?

  • Yes, if you have missed the delivery, you will receive an SMS notification from our appointed delivery service provider, Aramex. Please visit the link provided and key in the provided PIN to reschedule your delivery.

Local (Singapore) Delivery

  • We provide free shipping for orders above SGD 60.
  • For orders below SGD 60, delivery is charged at a flat fee of SGD 3.70.
  • You can expect to receive your orderl within 2 to 4 working days from the date of order purchased.
  • You will receive a notification and tracking link from our appointed delivery service provider, Aramex, via mobile text or email. 

Can I change my order details?

  • If you require any changes to your order, please contact us at team_sharity@ncss.gov.sg as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your changes.
  • However, please understand that once your order has been processed and dispatched, it will not be possible to make any changes.

Do you ship internationally?

  • We do not ship internationally at the moment. Hopefully soon!
Exchanges & Returns

Exchange Policy

Step 1: Eligibility

  • Return item(s) within 30 days from the date the order is received
  • Returnable: Apparels, bags, accessories, stationeries, toys in their original condition with product tags intact
  • Non-returnable: Pre-order, Sale items, and items bought using discount codes

Step 2: Contact Us

  • Please email us at team_sharity@ncss.gov.sg with the following details
    1. Email address used to place the order
    2. Order number
    3. Item(s) to be returned
    4. Reason for the return
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred during the return of their item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable, and articles should be shipped back to our return address via registered mail or any delivery method with a tracking service. We will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced mails.

Step 3: Returns & Exchanges

  • Upon receiving your item(s), the team will inspect your returned items(s). Once approved, we will notify you via email and initiate an exchange of brand-new item(s) for you.
Gift Cards

Do you sell e-gift cards?

  • E-gift cards are available for purchase from our eStore. Our gift cards are public in denominations of SGD 15, SGD 25, SGD 30, SGD 60 and SGD 100 and valid for one (1) year from the date of issue or purchase.

Can I use my gift card during sale seasons?

  • Sharity Club e-gift cards can be applied on discounted products unless otherwise stated.
  • Sharity Club e-gift cards cannot be purchased using promo codes.

Can my Sharity Club e-gift card be topped up/re-loaded?

  • You cannot top-up a Sharity Club e-gift card, you can purchase a new e-gift card.

Can I exchange the amount in my Sharity Club e-gift card for cash?

  • Sharity e-gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, and any unutilised value is not refundable.

Can a gift card be used more than once?

  • Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

How can I check the amount left in my Sharity e-gift card?

  • Customers are not able to check their gift card balance, but drop us a note with your gift card information at, team_sharity@ncss.gov.sg and we’ll gladly help to check and send you the information.

    Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping?

    • Yes, you can use the gift cards when making payment to the total amount (inclusive of shipping fees).

    Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

    • Yes, gift cards are recognised as a form of payment.

    Can a gift card be used to buy another gift card?

    • No, you cannot use a gift card to buy another gift card.

    I’ve lost my Sharity e-gift card. What can I do?

    • You can click RESEND GIFT CARD from your order confirmation email. This link will only work if the order has been fulfilled.

    Are sale items eligible for local delivery?

    • Yes, sale items are eligible for local delivery. A delivery flat fee of SGD 3.70 applies for order below SGD 60.

    Are sale items eligible for returns or exchanges?

    • Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

    Can I apply a discount code on sale items?

    • Discount codes are not applicable on sale items. You may, however, use your Sharity Club e-gift card for your purchases for sale items.

    What happens if the sale item(s) I received has a defect?

    • If the sale item(s) you received has a defect, please drop us a note at, team_sharity@ncss.gov.sg with your respective order number and pictures of the defective item.
    • Ensuring you receive your item(s) in good order is of utmost importance to us. We will evaluate your queries on a case-by-case basis.
